Great disruption has caused massive shifts and related pain throughout the past two years. Under “Art is the Solution”, Pain 21 invites selected artists, performers and sex workers to share their inner pain through art and expression with the audience thus providing relief, communication and eventually degrees of understanding, formulating solutions and healing concepts.

Diversity is the guiding principle in the selection of artists and performers as well as the actual selection of works and exhibits.

A wide range of media, from large watercolor painting by Tawan Wattuya of a BDSM scenery, poetic drawings by Myrtille Tabayrenc over to very direct and young works of Pare Patcharapa and Headache Stencil.
